Browse hundreds of knowledge domains — from Italian cooking to constitutional law to generative AI. Filter by language, live availability, and rate. Every Expert has permanently verified credentials, so you know exactly who you're talking to.
CLIP is ClipTips' in-platform token. 1000 CLIP = $10 USD. Tokens never expire. You only spend them while a session is live — the moment you end it, the meter stops. No lock-in, no packages to use up.
Sessions are peer-to-peer video calls. The Expert teaches in their language; you follow in yours. There's no barrier — just two people talking, with AI bridging the gap in real time.
Cross-language sessions auto-engage Live Interpreter Mode: your speech is transcribed, translated, and re-synthesised in the Expert's own cloned voice — end-to-end latency around 250-400ms. Captions run in parallel. Post-session, the full recording is re-dubbed cleanly for the Knowledge Repository in 100+ languages.
The dubbed session is indexed in the Global Knowledge Nexus — searchable, shareable, permanently linked to the verified expert who created it. Future learners benefit from every conversation that happens on ClipTips.
AI translation pipeline
ClipTips runs two parallel translation layers. Voice layer: the AI clones the Expert's voice and re-synthesises their speech in the asker's language — not a robotic read, the Expert's own vocal character speaking your language. Text layer: live captions and written Q&A answers reach 100+ languages. Live Interpreter Mode runs the full pipeline at ~250-400ms end-to-end for genuine conversation. The underlying providers are abstracted behind a swappable interface so a single vendor outage never takes the platform offline.
Trust & verification
Every Expert on ClipTips submits credentials — degrees, certifications, professional licences — that are reviewed before their profile goes live. Once verified, those credentials are permanently attached to their profile and cannot be removed or modified without re-review.
We don't verify expertise by proxy metrics (follower counts, reviews paid for by the Expert). We verify the actual document. A chef with a Michelin star has that star on their profile. A lawyer with bar admission in Queensland has that admission listed.
